Unless the filters 'Deleted from' or 'Deleted to' are used as search criteria, then resource lists will not include deleted items. So applying these filters is a way to actual see the recycle bin for a resource using the normal resource list, When filter is applied but no date inserted (value is null) then all deleted resources will be returned regardless of their deleted date.
