==Understanding questionnaires and questions==

A questionnaire is defined as a set of questions for obtaining statistically useful or personal information from individuals. A questionnaire is the tool which enables us to carry out a survey.

When we want to carry out a survey we decide on which information we want to collect and in which format. We then start setting up the questionnaire, normally in the structure of an introduction, some questions, and an end page.
