EmployeeAssignment_addToResource

   Add users to Resouces. Information will show up in "my cati" for that users. 

Syntax 
  EmployeeAssignment_addToResource(userResourceID, timeStart, resourceID);

Arguments
  userResourceID: is an array.

  timeStart: is an array.

  reSourceID: is a number.

 
Return type
   Empty.
