Setting up external surveys
External link: external provider will provide you with the URL of the external survey.
sendToUrl: Stores the current state of the QAS as being "at that URL", so visiting the QAS again will go to same URL.
There is also the variant of setting up a external survey that consists of multiple actual surveys on your own site:
gotoQuestion: Go to a specific question in the answering questionnaire or in another questionnaire.
In the case of go to a specific question in another questionnaire. The current respondent must have the newest uncompleted QAS in that questionnaire.
gotoQuestionnaire: Go to the newest uncompleted QAS of another questionnaire. This newest uncompleted QAS is also belong to the current respondent.
returnFromGoto: Go back to the context that call the gotoQuestionnaire or gotoQuestion functions.
